Fulcrum Box Attachment Bolt - Bolt, Nut and Washers
The Duraflex 5/8 inch x 3 inch Fulcrum Box Bolt Attachment is made of aluminum and includes one 5/8 x 3 inch aluminum hex head bolt, two 5/8 inch aluminum flat washers, and one 5/8 inch finished aluminum nut. The Fulcrum Box Bolt is used to attach the fulcrum box to the main support (legs) of a Duraflex Diving Stand. This attachment set is sold individually but three are required per Fulcrum Box. Order a paint touch-up kit (Buff DF-MP105) to paint the bolt and nut after assembly.
Installation Tip #1: When replacing Fulcrum Box Attachment Bolts, it is common that the older bolt will SNAP or break as you attempt to loosen them from the fulcrum box. Unless you have a large breaker bar, we have found that sometimes it is easier to cut them with a cut-off wheel or SawZaw (exercise EXTREME CAUTION when attempting this!)
Installation Tip #2: After installing the new bolts, washers and nuts, be sure to coat them with "Buff" Paint (Item DF-MP105) to help seal out water and keep these bolts TIGHT.
NOTE: Duraflex boards, stands and parts are NOT for residential use. Duraflex will not sell any boards, stands or parts to residential customers as residential pools are not designed to meet FINA (International Swimming Federation) guidelines.
